The North Bengal Medical College Alumni
Association (NBMCAA) warmly invites alumni to
contribute original works for NEBULA 2026, the
official souvenir of the NBMCAA Annual Reunion
2026.

We welcome submissions in the following
categories:

  • Medical Histories, Scientific Innovations and
    Research Highlights
  • Public Health, Medical Education, Medical
    Humanities and Ethics
  • Alumni Memoirs, Campus Memories, Faculty
    Reflections, Alumni Achievements & Community
    Service
  • Batch Updates and Reunion Chronicles
  • Current Affairs and Travelogues
  • Short Stories, Flash Fiction & Poetry
  • Humour, Anecdotes and Book Reviews
  • Artworks, Cartoons and Digital Illustrations
  • Photography (Historical Archives, Rare
    Photographs, Campus & Medicine)

Submission Guidelines:

Language: English or Bengali
Manuscript: MS Word (.doc/.docx), Unicode font
Word Limits:

  • Articles/ Memoirs/Essays/ Short
    Stories/Reviews/ Fiction: 800 words
  • Poetry: 30 lines

Photographs & Artwork:

  • High-resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
  • JPEG/PNG/TIFF preferred
  • Maximum 10 MB per image
  • Up to 5 photographs per submission with
    captions

Editorial Policy:

NEBULA is published by a non-profit, non-
political, secular and inclusive alumni association.
Contributions must be original, respectful, and
free from plagiarism, hate speech, discrimination,
political campaigning, religious propagation, or
commercial promotion. The Editorial Board
reserves the right to edit, classify, accept or
decline submissions in accordance with its
Editorial Policy.
