Disclaimer for applicants to the North Bengal Medical College Alumni Association Membership:

By applying for membership or participating in activities of the North Bengal Medical College Alumni Association (NBMCAA), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Any suggestions, proposals, ideas, or feedback (“submissions”) provided by applicants or members—whether formally or informally—toward the functioning, events, or development of NBMCAA shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting any such content, you grant the Association an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, or distribute these ideas in furtherance of its objectives, without any obligation for compensation, credit, or approval.
NBMCAA reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or implement any idea at its sole discretion, with no liability towards the submitter.

• All financial transactions, including payment of membership fees, donations, or contributions, must be made only through official channels and to authorized accounts as declared by the Governing Body of NBMCAA.

The Association shall not be held liable for any financial loss or fraud arising out of payments made through unauthorized individuals or unofficial methods.
Membership fees once paid are non-refundable.
The Association commits to transparent handling of all funds and will periodically publish financial reports for member awareness and governance.

• While we strive to provide a smooth and secure payment experience, NBMCAA shall not be held responsible for any issues arising due to faults in the payment, including but not limited to:

Failed transactions
Delayed confirmation of payments
Double or unauthorized charges
Network or technical errors during the payment process
All such payment-related discrepancies must be reported directly to the respective payment gateway provider. We recommend keeping transaction references and screenshots for any follow-up.

• Membership in the Association does not guarantee any specific privileges, services, or outcomes. All services and benefits are subject to availability, feasibility, and decisions of the Governing Body.
